This statement explains how A Learning PRO FZE (“A Learning PRO,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data across our website, LMS, live/recorded courses, webinars, events, surveys, marketing, and visits to our premises (collectively, “Services”).

2. What we collect

  • Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, country/city, account username.
  • Professional & education: role, company, experience, certifications, training history.
  • Commercial & payment: courses purchased, subscriptions, invoices, basic payment confirmations (actual card data is handled by our payment processors).
  • Usage & device: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, session analytics, LMS progress, attendance, downloads, quiz results.
  • Preferences & communications:language, notification settings, marketing opt-ins.
  • Media (when shared): profile photo, voice/video recordings in classes or events.

3. How we collect

  • Directly from you during registration, checkout, course activity, support.
  • Automatically via cookies/analytics on our website/LMS.
  • From third parties (e.g., payment processors, email tools, ad platforms) as allowed by law and your settings.

4. Why we use your data

  • Provide and support the Services(account setup, enrollments, certificates, attendance, recordings, support).
  • Improve learning experience (content personalization, progress tracking, QA, platform security).
  • Communicate (transactional emails, service notices, instructor updates).
  • Marketing - newsletters, offers, social media, website, campaigns.
  • Compliance & protection (legal obligations, fraud prevention, platform integrity).
  • Research & analytics using aggregated/de-identified data.

We share data with service providers that help us run A Learning PRO, under contracts that limit their use of your data, for example:

  • Hosting & LMS / website(e.g., WordPress/LMS hosting providers).
  • Payments (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, other processors; we don’t store card numbers).
  • Email & communications (e.g., transactional email, webinar tools).
  • Analytics & advertising (e.g., privacy-respecting analytics; ad platforms when you consent).

We may also share when required by law, for platform security, or as part of a business transaction (e.g., merger). We may publish aggregated/de-identified statistics that don’t identify individuals.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar tech for login, session continuity, performance, and analytics; some may support marketing if you consent. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser and (where available) our cookie banner/settings.

7. International transfers & retention
