  Welcome to A LEARNING PRO, an educational training provider registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our courses, training materials, and services. By registering for a course, making a payment, or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with registration or use our services.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will be posted on our official website, and it is the participant’s responsibility to review them regularly.

• Enrollment is confirmed only when the full course fee has been received and      successfully processed.
• A LEARNING PRO does not offer installment or deferred payment plans. All fees must be paid in advance.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements (stable internet, compatible devices, required software, etc.) to access and complete the training.
• Some courses may have prerequisites (professional background, prior knowledge, or technical skills). Participants are expected to review course details before registering.

• Payment must be made using the methods listed on our platform.
• Once processed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Participants are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their banks, credit card issuers, or payment gateways.
• Enrollment is non-transferable unless written approval is obtained from A LEARNING PRO prior to course start.

• No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to: non-attendance, withdrawal, inability to complete the course, or other reasons.
• Course fees are non-transferable to future batches or other participants, except in exceptional cases approved by A LEARNING PRO management.
• If A LEARNING PRO cancels a course for unforeseen reasons, participants may be offered an alternative course or credit balance, but never a cash refund.

• Certificates of Completion will be issued only to participants who successfully      complete all course requirements (attendance, assignments,      participation, or exams/projects if applicable).
• Certificates will be issued within 30 days after the end of the course.
• In case participants did not receive their course certificate within 30 days from the course completion, they must request their certificate within 3 months of      course completion. Beyond this period, no certificates will be provided.
• Certificates are issued in digital format only unless otherwise specified.

• Course materials (slides, recordings, handouts, and resources) are provided solely  for registered participants and only through our platform. Participants can access, read, watch, browse and listen to the course material online on the platform. No resources download permission is provided unless      exercise files are needed. The decision is made by the course instructor and a written approval should be obtained from A Learning PRO management. 
• Access to course recordings and materials is limited to a duration of 4–6 months after course completion based on the course type, nature, and      requirements according to A Learning PRO Management decision.
• After the access period expires, no extensions or renewals will be granted      under any circumstances.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, or sharing course materials with non-registered individuals.

• All course content, including recordings, documents, slides, templates, and designs, are the intellectual property of A LEARNING PRO. Participants are      not allowed to disclose, distribute, copy, transfer, announce, share any type of content & information shared by A Learning PRO platform, instructors, employees, classes, online sessions, recordings, or any type of information through any means. This includes sharing online,  or offline, and on all social media platforms, personal websites, hard drives, USB drives, Hard Desk, external devices, personal laptops, or any method used to share or use materials. 
• Content is  licensed for personal learning use only and may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or distributed without written consent.
• Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate      termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

•  Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude     during live sessions and face-to-face classes and during all times.
• Use of offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or behavior will lead      to immediate removal from the course without refund.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their attendance. Missed classes will not be rescheduled individually.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access the platform under one’s account is a violation of these Terms and permissions/access will be revoked and participants registration will be terminated and removed from the course without prior notice and without refund. 

• A LEARNING PRO will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality training.      However, we do not guarantee any specific professional, career, or academic outcome (such as job offers, promotions, or certification exam success).
• We are not responsible for technical difficulties beyond our control, including      internet failures, device malfunctions, or software incompatibility on the      participant’s side.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, A LEARNING PRO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation      in our courses.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved,      disputes will be referred to the competent courts of the UAE.
